FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q.
What is an auto broker?
A. An auto broker can
best be described as an agent, whose allegiance is strictly with you,
the purchaser. We solicit our network of dealers and force them to
compete for your business by submitting rock bottom bids. The dealer
who submits the lowest bid, earns our business. When dealers compete--you
win! Cars
Buy Phone
is an independent auto brokerage and is not associated with any dealership
or manufacturer.
Q.How
do I know your price is better than a price I can get on my own?
A. The two owners
of our company have a combined 50 years of experience and relationships
with our network of dealers. We are constantly in contact with dealers
throughout the state--receiving bids on new vehicles daily. Our business
requires us to know which dealers are the most competitive and who will
give our clients the best price. Most "discount" Internet
services simply refer you to a dealership who offers a discounted price.
A discounted price, however, is not necessarily the lowest price. Our
job is to get our clients the lowest price available.
Q.
What is your fee?
A. We do not
charge our clients a fee for our services. We are paid a nominal finders
fee by the selling dealership for the referral and sale of their vehicle.
Q.
How are you different from the other internet sites?
A. Most Internet
sites simply ask you for your zip code, the make & model of the
vehicle you want and a way to contact you, usually by e-mail. Then they
simply sell your information to a local dealer that they are contracted
with.
Imagine,
as a consumer going through this process with several of these "referral
services," only to find yourself at a local dealership. You would
get different prices from each dealer on the same vehicle, not to mention
the typical sales tactics consumers are subjected to when arriving at
a dealership. Why not make it simple and let Cars
Buy Phone
contact dealers for you, force them to compete for your business, and
get the single lowest price available. Remember, when dealers compete,
you you get the lowest price--and the service is free.
Q.
What vehicles do you specialize in?
A. We can assist
you with any vehicle, in any state. Simply complete the inquiry form
or call us at 1-800-998-4227. The call is free and
so is our service.
Q.
What
if I want a pre-owned vehicle?
A. We
have a special division of our company that can assist you with locating
that special previously- owned vehicle. We secure most of these vehicles
as late-model lease returns and many of them are still under factory
warranty. We are able to acquire these vehicles at special auctions,
available to dealers only, and can usually save you thousands of dollars.
Q.
Do I get all rebates, incentives and special financing, such
as 0%, 1.9%, etc.?
A. Our clients
are eligible for all the same consumer rebates, dealer rebates (incentives)
and special financing available to all vehicles purchasers. We do, however,
suggest credit union members support their credit unions through their
loan programs, so the credit unions can continue to offer their outstanding
services.
Q.
Do
I have to return to the selling dealer for warranty and maintenance?
A. No. Any dealer
in the U.S. that services your make of vehicle is able to provide warranty
service.
Q.
What about leasing?
A. Yes, we can
definitely assist you with leasing! We will compare the most competitive
leasing companies to find you the best lease terms, as well as find
the best price on the vehicle you wish to lease.
Q.
Do I have to travel a great distance to pick up my vehicle?
A. Not at all.
Most of our clients prefer having their vehicle delivered right to their
home or office.
Q.
Can I factory order my new vehicle to get the exact car I want?
A. Yes. In most cases
you can order the exact model you want, with your own personal selection
of options and appointments. Although you must allow for your vehicle
to be assembled, factory orders can generally save additional money
over purchasing from a dealer's stock on hand.
